Inženýr spolehlivosti a údržby automatizovaného skladu
Hledáme inženýra spolehlivosti, který pomůže zlepšovat výkon a spolehlivost našich automatizovaných systémů pro manipulaci s materiálem (MHE).
Vaším úkolem bude sledovat výkon zařízení, hledat příčiny poruch a navrhovat řešení, která zvýší efektivitu provozu.
Hlavní odpovědnosti:
- Sledovat výkon MHE systémů a navrhovat zlepšení
- Hledat a odstraňovat příčiny poruch
- Optimalizovat tok materiálu a časy cyklů řízení
- Podílet se na modernizaci systémů a nových verzích softwaru
- Tvořit přehledy a reporty o výkonnosti a spolehlivosti
- Spolupracovat s technickými, provozními a IT týmy
Požadavky:
- VŠ vzdělání v oboru strojní, elektro nebo průmyslové inženýrství
- 3–5 let praxe v oblasti spolehlivosti, údržby nebo optimalizace systémů
- Znalost automatizovaných systémů, řízení a MHE technologií
- Zkušenosti s analýzou dat, RCA, CMMS a sledováním KPI
- Dobré komunikační a analytické schopnosti
- Znalost češtiny a angličtiny
Výhodou:
- Certifikace Six Sigma Green Belt nebo obdobná
- Zkušenost se systémy SCADA, PLC a WCS/WES
