KBR is looking for Reliability & CBM Head- who Provide Technical Leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing Maintenance Costs and lead the implementation of all Predictive maintenance strategies.
Location : Rabigh
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
- Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
- Lead and provide Strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.
- Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations
- Oversee the implementation of all predicative Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section
- Fluent in writing and reading English.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Good knowledge in process operations of plant.
- Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance Planning management.
- Strong technical understanding of Reliability management.
- Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis(RCA).
- Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM.
- Strong technical understanding of Cost benefit analysis.
- Good technical understanding of Quality management.
- Good technical understanding of People management.
- Good technical understanding of HSE requirements
- Well organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
