Issuer Services (CIS) is a dynamic division within Computershare, dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative solutions to our Issuer Services clients and their security holders.

Our CIS Front Office team plays a pivotal and highly valued role, with a dual focus:

  • Building lasting partnerships – You’ll develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met through responsive, high-quality service that makes a real difference.

A role you will love
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Client Relations team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional services that directly support Computershare’s growth and success.

In this highly impactful role, you’ll be at the heart of the client experiencing and strengthening relationships with key clients while ensuring their needs are met with responsive, high-quality solutions. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver consistently outcomes will set you apart.

You’ll combine relationship management with project delivery, providing day-to-day specialist support while leading initiatives that enhance the overall client journey. Your focus will be on building lasting partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to add value.

Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to coordinate activities, manage priorities, and ensure seamless delivery. Your strong organisational and project management skills will enable you to keep initiatives on track and deliver against key milestones with confidence.
