- Minimum 1st degree
- Knowledge and experience of Banking/Financial services, preferably in the SME space
- 3-5 years' experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, Commercial lending, sales and relationship management (Small Segment)
- Ability to understanding and interpret financial statements
- Proven track record in sales
- Knowledge on SME customer relationship management

RISK AND COMPLIANCE
- Ensure prompt and adequate compliance responses to Sanctions and AML/CFT
- enquiries sent in by Compliance department
- Take part in all annual mandatory refresher training organised by Compliance
- Report all suspicious or fraudulent activities to Compliance or via whistle-blowing
- toll free line.
- Ensure all accounts opened are KYC compliant or appropriate
- escalations have been followed.

Skills Required
- Minimum first degree
