The Relationship Manager leads a team of professional product specialists and they collectively shape solutions that will entice prospective companies to award new business to UMB.    The Commercial Relationship Manager has a direct impact on the banks earning potential.  Engaging and building relationships with Business Owners, CFO’s, CEO’s, Controllers, and working with existing clients, you have the ability to help clients achieve their financial dreams, stream line business processes and help them better understand their working cash flow needs.     

 

How you’ll spend your time:  

  • You will build your own commercial loan portfolio, by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business.  

  • You will engage and lead other team members to determine what other products and services the client might benefit from.  

  • You will collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs.     

  • You will analyze the business in order to qualify clients for bank products and services.   

 

We’re excited to talk with you if:  

  • You have 2 years sales experience and prefer 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales.  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field. 

  • You are curious and want to know how companies work and what helps them remain successful in their respective industries. 

  • You have a growth mindset and are not satisfied with the status quo. 

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.  

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $69,230.00 - Maximum: $179,300.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
