- Manage relationships with large consulting firms, capital market participants, and stock broking clients within the Corporate Banking segment.
- Drive new client acquisition and onboarding while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Analyze financial statements, assess client requirements, and coordinate with Risk teams for credit proposal preparation and approvals.
- Develop a sound understanding of capital markets, working capital solutions, and transaction banking products to provide holistic banking solutions.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across CASA, Trade & Forex, Custody, Wealth, Salary Proposition, and other Kotak Group products.
- Achieve business growth through portfolio expansion, revenue enhancement, and client engagement.
- MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, or CFA from a reputed institution.
- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Working Capital, or Relationship Management roles.
- Proven experience in managing and acquiring mid to large corporate relationships, preferably within the consulting, broking, or capital markets ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of corporate credit, financial statement analysis, and banking products.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and business development capabilities
Skills Required
