- Ensure adherence to product guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and processes.
- Maintain defined turnaround times (TAT) for end-to-end credit delivery and customer servicing.
- Drive cross-selling of liability products and third-party products to existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take proactive measures to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
- Optimize pricing, interest income, and fee-based revenue to support business profitability.
- Coordinate with assigned branches to drive business development, portfolio growth, and customer service initiatives.
