- Deliver zone-level NR/HNI business targets across CASA, deposits, investments, fees and forex.
- Drive NTB and ETB growth through structured sourcing, referrals, alliances and branch-led initiatives.
- Partner with clusters and segments to execute focused growth plans, enable branches with onboarding and deal support, deepen client relationships, enhance wallet share and product penetration, improve portfolio quality, ensure engagement and retention, build team capability through training, and track performance via MIS to meet defined KRAs.
