Manage sales and distribution across open-market and cross-channel networks. Grow direct sales teams, DSAs, branches, and builder relationships while securing project approvals and HNI clients. Promote loans against property, housing finance, insurance, CASA, and credit cards. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, RCU, and operations teams for end-to-end case processing, customer updates, service quality, and improved NPS scores.
