Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably with an affluent client base.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including investment options, wealth management strategies, and insurance solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for portfolio management and client relationship tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry developments.
