ResponsibilitiesAcquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through strategic sales planning and execution. Conduct in-depth profiling of clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Drive business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue. Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals. Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings. Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding. Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions. Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness.
