You'll also need to be able to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and to use that knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of client relationships and developing strategies to grow those relationships
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing pitches and proposals to win new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at our client companies
- Collaborating with colleagues from other teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments, and using that knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
Who you are
- You have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- You are able to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- You are results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

4.     根据银行业务发展战略,为客户提供优质服务,并达成各项财务指标

5.     在日常工作中,持续关注信贷风险,发现预警信号及时汇报并采取补救措施

6.     确保遵守各项政策和程序,完成上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 良好的企业财务分析能力及风险控制能力
  • 熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求,尤其是跨境业务
  • 优秀的人际沟通能力,及团队合作精神
  • 能够承受一定的工作压力
  • 5年及以上企业银行客户经理的工作经验

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years corporate banking relationship manager experience
  • At least 3 years experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in financial services
  • Strong corporate financial analysis and risk control ability
  • Familiarity with corporate banking products and business requirements, especially cross-border business
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform customer due diligence and prepare credit assessment reports per bank policy
