What we offer:1. With the request of the Group leader to lead component & vehicle EMC requirements, test planning and execution for electric vehicles.
2. Play a key role in the development of company & OEMs EMC design, standards and procedures.
3. Support component EMC development and sign – off with component engineers and component manufacturer.
Main Duties:
1. Define and review component EMC technical requirements, ensuring suppliers of components meet corporate and legal standards, review and sign off supplier EMC test plan and test report
2. Manage whole vehicle level EMC requirement and test, this includes define vehicle EMC requirement, create vehicle EMC test planning and follow up vehicle EMC tests and release EMC reports
3. Communicate with 3rd testing plan, perform technical assessment, technical nomination, clarify testing specification, review testing reports etc.
4. Root cause analysis and engineering solution related to vehicle EMC/RFI
5. Manage budget, facilities and engineering tool
6. Working on-site in Hefei
Qualification:
1. Engineering Degree or Equivalent Qualification (EMC, Telecommunication, Antenna).
2. 2-4 tears experience in Automotive EMC related design or test work.
3. Working knowledge of Relevant EMC Homologation Regulations and approvals.
4. Able to manage EMC test plans & ability to be self-starter.
5. Sound knowledge of Automotive (including electric vehicle and hybrid vehicle) EMC design Principles.
6. Good knowledge in HV related components in terms of EMC, e.g. HV battery, HV electrical motor, power electronics, etc.
7. Good communication ability in English.
8. Conversant with Spectrum Analyzer and Waveform generation tools & EMC receivers.
9. Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
10. German OEM EMC working experience preferred
