We’re currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role is for our Regional Team - based in either in Perth or Bunbury with travel throughout Regional WA required. Travel generally on a fortnightly basis for day trips or the occasional overnight stay. Have the benefits of living and working centrally with the benefits of travelling throughout beautiful Regional WA for work. Applicants based in Regional Areas also encouraged to apply with the ability to work fully remotely in this role to directly support our regional clients & customers.

Job Description

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Regional WA team on a full-time or part-time basis!

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. You will support some of our large employers, brokers and most complex claims. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:, 

  • Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce. 

Relocation support available for the right candidate willing to make the relocate to the South West or a Regional Location also available for the right candidate. 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
  • At least two years experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or a similar role
