EBANX is one of the most successful fintechs to emerge from Latin America — and today, we are building a truly global payments company. Our mission has remained constant from day one: to unlock access and enable companies and consumers to participate in the digital economy, no matter where they are.
What started as a bold vision has grown into a platform that connects some of the world’s largest digital businesses with customers across 21 of the fastest-growing markets. We operate where complexity exists — turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.
We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.

As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.
Let’s build what’s next — together.

At EBANX’s Corporate areas, you don’t just keep operations running. You work behind the scenes to ensure every part of the company is connected, efficient, and ready to grow. Every project and process is driven by strategy, collaboration, and impact, making our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.

What your day-to-day will look like

Business Enablement & Regulatory Strategy
You don't just read regulations — you decode them, stress-test them against our business model, and build the path forward. You'll work hand-in-hand with commercial, product, and operations teams to make things happen, turning regulatory constraints into executable strategy.
Regulatory Intelligence & Market Positioning
Be the company's eyes and ears on everything moving in Argentine/South Cone and regional payments regulation. You'll anticipate shifts before they happen and position EBANX to move fast when windows open — giving the business a first-mover edge in new markets.
Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting
Own a continuous, structured view of the regulatory landscape across South cone and broader LATAM. Translate complex legal developments into sharp, actionable intelligence that informs decisions at the highest level.
Contract Review & Regulatory Adaptation
Support the legal team by reviewing contracts through a regulatory lens — identifying gaps, flagging risks, and ensuring agreements reflect the evolving regulatory requirements across jurisdictions as the business grows.
Expansion & New Market Entry
Be the legal engine behind EBANX's regional growth. You'll run risk assessments, map regulatory pathways into new markets, and lead the groundwork that lets the business move with speed and confidence.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Regulatory doesn't operate in a silo here. You'll be an active, embedded partner across multidisciplinary teams — compliance, operations, product, sales — building the institutional knowledge that keeps the whole organization moving forward compliantly.
Executive-Level Communication
Prepare clear, persuasive presentations for senior leadership and imternal stakeholders. You'll translate regulatory complexity into business language that drives real decisions — not just informs them.
