Within our Transformation department, we are seeking a Regulatory Project Manager for leading strategic projects within the life insurance sector, with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities
As Regulatory Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading regulatory projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to best practices.
Working closely with different teams and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identifying and addressing risks, especially those related to compliance, to avoid delays or issues.
Tracking project progress and performance, and regularly update senior management (including C-level executives).
Promoting a positive and innovative work environment to meet regulatory needs while supporting business growth.
Developing and implementing solutions that meet legal and industry standards in life insurance.
Supporting post-project activities like evaluations, lessons learned, and sharing knowledge to improve future projects.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, finance, or related field. or the equivalent experience.
You have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on the insurance industry and regulatory compliance.
You have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language and are comfortable working in English.
You have a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
You have a good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the life insurance sector.
You have a good proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
You are rigorous, organised and can manage your priorities and respect tight deadlines.
You are able to work and learn quickly and at a sustained rhythm in a dynamic environment.
You have an analytical mind and are solutions and results oriented.
You can communicate with all kinds of interlocutor and are able to present results to senior management effectively and clearly.
You are autonomous and quick to take the initiative
