As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will support timely product registrations and regulatory compliance for our medical device portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities, you will help bring innovative technologies to patients while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Boston Scientific's quality standards. This summary is based on the attached position description.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Plan and manage regulatory submissions and product registrations for assigned product lines.

● Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to local health authorities and monitor approvals through completion.

● Maintain product registrations and ensure timely renewals.

● Build collaborative relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups and internal stakeholders.

● Support tender activities by providing accurate regulatory documentation.

● Serve as a regulatory resource to cross-functional teams and provide updates on changing regulatory requirements.

● Maintain compliance with the Boston Scientific Quality System and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Qualifications:Required qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.

● Minimum of several years' experience in regulatory affairs within a regulated industry.

● Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements and product registration processes.

● Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience in the medical device industry.

● Experience working directly with health authorities and cross-functional teams.

● Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and submission processes.
