Descrição da vagaThe Regulatory Affairs Intern will support the Regulatory Analyst in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements accross the Latin America region for colors, coloring foodstuff and, pet food. This role involves monitoring regulations, creating and maintaining compliance documents, including active participation on global regulatory projects to review processes and make mappings as relevant to stakeholders. All that working closely with Application, Business Support, Quality Assurance and Control, Sales & Marketing.
The Regulatory Affairs Intern will be part of a global team supporting the LATAM Analyst to:
- Support the monitoring of regulatory updates in Latin America and maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and documentation systems.
- Conduct regulatory research and assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying regulatory information related to ingredients, formulations, and labeling requirements.
- Assist in preparing customer regulatory documentation, declarations, questionnaires, and routine regulatory responses under supervision.
- Maintain organized records of product registrations, approvals, certifications, and other regulatory files.
- Provide regulatory support to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Applications, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) by gathering information and assisting with routine inquiries.
- Support cross-functional projects, training activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with regional and global regulatory teams.
Student of Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry and related fields.
Availability for 2 years in the internship.
Intermediate English (Spanish is a plus).
