Crunchyroll is looking for a GTM & Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of partnership marketing and go-to-market initiatives across LATAM. This role will focus on unlocking growth through key regional partnerships while also supporting content launches, promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and regional growth programs.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, this individual will operate at the intersection of GTM, Partnerships, and Marketing, translating regional priorities into scalable initiatives and measurable business impact.
About the GTM Team
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping translate business priorities into coordinated execution across markets and functions. In LATAM, GTM works closely with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Content, Lifecycle, Payments, and other teams to support launches, promotions, subscriber growth initiatives, and regional planning. The team helps align stakeholders, identify opportunities, track performance, and ensure regional priorities are executed consistently across markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of partnership marketing initiatives across LATAM markets.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives across LATAM, including content launches, promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and growth programs.
- Translate regional strategy into actionable plans aligned with growth targets and GTM priorities.
- Build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Content, Lifecycle, Finance) and external partners.
- Drive end-to-end execution of campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives, including planning, briefing, launch, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Support business cases, forecasts, market analysis, and performance reviews for partnership and GTM initiatives.
- Monitor acquisition, retention, and engagement performance, identifying opportunities and risks across markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities and ensure alignment across regional and global stakeholders.
- Support localization, content, customer experience, and growth initiatives that drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to improve consistency across markets.
- Consolidate regional updates, performance metrics, business results, and key learnings into executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Support planning and execution of regional growth forums, cross-functional meetings, and business reviews.
- Manage operational aspects across partnership marketing and GTM initiatives, ensuring execution excellence and business impact.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, growth, go-to-market, strategy, or related roles, ideally within entertainment, media, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and regional consumer behavior.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, Lifecycle, Business Development, and Finance teams.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Experience supporting launches, promotional campaigns, partnerships, or subscription businesses is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across markets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required
- Bachelor's degree required.
Contractor role
This is a contractor position hired through a local employment partner. While the employment arrangement is managed externally, the individual will work as a fully integrated member of the Crunchyroll LATAM Growth organization, collaborating day-to-day with regional and global stakeholders and participating in team planning, meetings, and business initiatives alongside the broader team.
