Job Title: Registry Officer, Transfer Agency
Location: Nadi, Fiji
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registry Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. The role involves supporting the team with transaction workflow processing and static data maintenance. The successful candidate will play an important role in the servicing and managing of the day to day running of the Registry on behalf of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Accurately process investor transaction workflows, including deposits, withdrawals, switches and transfers, adhering to established client service standards
- Collaborate with the transfer agency team to ensure all workflow items are completed accurately and within the required SLA.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of client static data to ensure its accuracy and currency
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Address and resolve client and investor inquiries effectively and professionally
- Perform other Investment Operations administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a bank, data entry or administration preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to quickly learn new systems,
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
Referred Experience:
- 1 year administration experience
- Tertiary education
- AML/KYC practices and regulation knowledge
