Job Description

Job Overview

  • Provide administrative, procurement, reporting, and data management support to the NWVL Project Engineering Team and Natural Agriculture Team. The role ensures efficient day-to-day transactions, accurate record-keeping, timely procurement and payment processing, project cost tracking, and support for business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Manage document control, filing systems, and SharePoint records.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-up.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of information.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and reporting activities.
  • Compile and prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and departmental KPI updates.
  • Track project and program costs, monitor spending against budgets, and escalate variances where required.
  • Support Finance, Project Teams, and vendors to ensure timely processing and resolution of procurement and payment issues.
  • Coordinate contractor travel, accommodation, and on-site administrative support.
  • Support quality, environmental, and compliance initiatives across the site.
  • Provide administrative and data management support for existing and new strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in company-wide programs and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required to support departmental and business objectives

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent
  • Experience in data management and administration 
  • Excellent written and communication skills Intermediate computer skills

Preferred

  • Qualification in Office administration or a relevant field
  • Valid driver's license
