Title:  Registration Manager

Company Overview:

Do you enjoy making a difference in a child's life, transforming education, and evolving learning? Come join Teachstone, the interaction company! Teachstone® was founded in 2008 to deliver the Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS®) nationwide and around the globe. Developed through years of research, the CLASS observation tool measures the interactions between teachers and children, which have been shown to drive learning and lifelong achievement. Teachstone helps organizations conduct classroom observations and provides professional development so that teachers improve, and children learn more. Our online subscription service, myTeachstone, simplifies CLASS implementation by combining observation data with a robust library of CLASS resources and professional development.

At Teachstone, everything we do is about improving the ways teachers interact with their students. We train coaches and observers, build and deliver online support programs, design professional development – all of it grounded in one proven fact: the interactions teachers have with students have a lasting impact on their academic and developmental success. By helping educators describe, measure and improve their interactions and relationships with students, Teachstone is transforming education nationwide, one interaction at a time.

Role Overview:

The Registration Manager is responsible for the successful maintenance, innovation, and execution of all Teachstone training events and client specific event and registration needs. This role combines strategic program oversight with hands-on coordination of in person and virtual training experiences. A key component of the role includes overseeing registration management services, ensuring timely and accurate setup of client-specific registration sites and related logistics—including services requiring individual participant registration, with or without the shipment of materials. This role will also serve as the event planner and manager for client facing in-person training summits (~4/year).

As a member of a dynamic and growing organization, the Registration Manager should be a proactive team player, energized by the opportunity to positively impact education. This individual will work cross-functionally to define, monitor, and continuously improve training programs and events across three key areas: revenue, impact, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align training program outcomes with Teachstone’s impact and revenue goals.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience at every participant touchpoint.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging performance metrics and feedback.
  • Lead the venue sourcing, planning, coordination, and execution of all in person and virtual training events.
  • Manage internal training delivery processes, including marketing coordination, material distribution, and customer communications.
  • Maintain program quality by optimizing operational workflows and tools.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of client-specific registration sites, ensuring alignment with varying service requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for individual participant registration processes, including those with or without physical material shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Product) to clarify registration needs and timelines and ensure seamless participant onboarding.
  • Monitor registration metrics and timelines, proactively resolving issues to meet service expectations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success related to revenue, customer satisfaction, and educational impact.
  • Respond to internal and external requests regarding training logistics, registration, and materials distribution.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure successful training experiences.
  • Manage data driven insights to impact program’s financial outcomes.

Role Qualifications:

  • BA, BS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, event planning, or operations—preferably in education or training services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing registration systems and event logistics platforms, preferably Cvent.
  • Ability to analyze and report on program-related financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
  • Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment.
  • Open to shifting priorities and taking on evolving responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing and coordinating events and logistics for large-scale in person training or education events.
  • Comfort with basic budget tracking and financial reporting related to program execution.
  • Experience with shipping coordination or fulfillment processes for training/event materials.

What We Offer:

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range: $58,000-72,500 determined by your experience, skills and internal equity
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, insurance, development opportunities. Details provided at offer. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status
