Under the direction of an RN, as the Registered Nurse Applicant you will assume nursing responsibility for the delivery of care to patients in the hospital. Continuously evaluate personal and professional performance and make necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered. You will strive for independence and strong sound decision making in delivery of health care and do so in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality of care and techniques. Develop the patient plan of care and implement treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct patient care for individuals with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses under RN supervision, utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Conducts comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychological, socio-cultural, spiritual) and develops individualized care plans aligned to patient needs and goals.
  • Implements and adjusts care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellness.
  • Administers medications, documents care activities, and monitors patient conditions in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Supports patient education, promotes independence and self-care, and responds effectively to emergencies while coordinating with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited registered nurse program
  • Current RN temporary work permit in the state of practice
  • Knowledge of general nursing theory/practice
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $31.25 to $46.90 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
