This individual will oversee the overall performance of two skilled nursing facilities within the Ohio region and help lead our organization through its next phase of growth.

About this position: The Regional Vice President of Operations serves as the operational leader supporting our skilled nursing facilities in Ohio and acts as the critical link between facility leadership and corporate operations. This individual will provide mentorship, accountability, and strategic direction to ensure excellence in resident care, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, census development, and financial performance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide operational oversight and leadership for multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between facility leadership teams and corporate leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and support Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and facility leadership teams.
- Drive accountability for clinical, financial, operational, and customer service outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Support facilities in regulatory compliance, survey preparedness, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with census growth strategies, referral development, and community engagement efforts.
- Identify operational opportunities and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational expansion.
- Travel regularly between assigned facilities and corporate meetings as needed.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA/LNFA) required.
- Several years of successful Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing environment.
- Regional, multi-site, or multi-facility leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success improving operational, financial, clinical, and quality outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Experience leading facilities through surveys, operational challenges, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
