Our service in claims and loss control is second to none. The difference our employees feel about us translates over to our customers, too. Our renewal retention is 90+%, meaning our customers, don’t want to leave us either. Our reputation and results are the envy of many competitors.

Here’s what you would be doing.   The responsibilities include the following:

* Leading the team of service professionals (claims and loss control) who will service the book.

* Directing roll-out of program and service plans.

* Monitoring accounts for trends and reacting appropriately when action needs to be taken.

Four years' experience in a leadership role directing a team is important.  Additional experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is a plus.
