Job: SR. DIRECTOR SALES AND SERVICES LATAM

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer - Global
Purpose of the Position (summary):
Responsible for managing the P&L, directing PerkinElmer's Sales and Services team for Latin America, aligning commercial actions, local and corporate strategies; focused on the Long Term Strategy, ensuring that the sales goals of the region in a Short-Term perspective are achieved, always with solid financial bases: profitability, control of expenses and investments. As well as, deploying the company's culture to all employees, influencing and acting as an example.
Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the LATAM P&L comprised of distinct Analytical Services and Customer Enablement P&L’s.
• Monitor the market of the segments in which the company operates, aiming to align the company's business strategies with it;
• Share with its team of directors and senior managers, its vision for the company's business in the Long Term, as well as the values and corporate mission, seeking to influence and engage all employees in the region;
• Design the Sales Plan for all existing segments in the region, aligning with the Corporation's goals;
• Properly manage the annual budget of expenses and investments;
• Ensure coverage of the entire LATAM region;
• Ensure the development and motivation of the entire team; sharing with its direct reports the best practices of leadership and people engagement;
• Encourage leaders to identify their talents and correctly allocate them in salary ranges, maintaining balance with the market;
• Integrate all areas of the company, including supporting areas, around the same strategy and business plan.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science, with a postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management.
Mandatory Trainings: Company policies: Code of Conduct, Compliance, Quality, and Occupational Safety
Mandatory Skills: P&L management, Forecasting, Pricing of products and services, Basic technical training in applications of the company's products, Negotiation Skills and Consultive Sales; Coaching and Mentoring
Experience: 10 to 15 years in management positions
Foreign Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
