Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Regional Vice President of Customer Success to be a part of making this happen. This role will be based out of our headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the segment leader by developing the business plans, hiring and developing teams, serving customers and growing sales. 

  • Drives the growth of Arctic Wolf as a hands-on leader, directly engaged with account management, forecasting results and closing opportunities. 

  • Facilitates and/or conducts meetings with clients to drive value based activities and results

  • Drives new business prospect activities, relationship development activities and promotes working collaboration with appropriate team members across the organization to drive new business

  • Understands client business needs, participates in solution development and effectively communicates plans for executing against vision.

  • Develops a high performing Customer Success Management team through rigorous hiring, certification and management programs. Develops talented individuals who can act as strategic advisors and deliver value to our customers.

  • Provides direction to the team by offering guidance on customer account management strategies, tools and approaches with their Strategic accounts

  • Manages and expands client relationships through continual needs assessment.  Ensures client satisfaction and executes client reference-ability process

 

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experience

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a similarly structured leadership role, preferably in a technology organization. Must have strong leadership skills and demonstrate historical success in effectively recruiting and motivating direct reports. 

  • 10+ years of overall account management role, preferably in a technology organization. Must possess a proven track record demonstrating successful experience in relationship and customer account management

  • Outstanding negotiation and selling skills that have been proven through consistent ability to achieve sales targets

  • Aptitude for technology knowledge, spreadsheet and CRM Utilization; previous experience with backup and/or security applications preferred.

  • Fanatical devotion to sales development, customer service, business quality, and data security

  • Thinking out-of-the-box and energize others with passion, quality and commitment.

  • The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required

  • Outstanding communication skills with a variety of customers and levels of technology knowledge, including developing & delivering presentations, written communication and engaging verbal communication to effectively establish & maintain credibility

  • Delivers amazing results through cross team collaboration, as well as strong creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills

  • This position is based in our Eden Prairie, MN office and will require team members work from our corporate office
