The role:

As a Regional Transport Planner, what you will do:

  • Being responsible for coordinating and optimizing transport operations across multiple JM sites.

  • Planning and coordinating secondary distribution from third-party warehouses supporting multiple JM locations.

  • Organizing road, sea, and air transportation in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

  • Optimizing routes, delivery schedules, and vehicle capacity while ensuring required service levels are consistently met.

  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure smooth and reliable operations, while playing a key role in logistics initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • A degree in Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning or a similar logistics role.

  • Practical experience with SAP or other ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills.

  • Knowledge of import/export processes, compliance requirements.

  • Fluent English and a solid understanding of supply chain operations.
