Job Description:

Hydrafacial is looking for a Regional Training Specialist to cover North Germany who will train and educate customers, prospects and consumers on the Hydrafacial device, consumables, and products throughout the assigned region. This position will work together with the Capital Sales Manager (CSM) and Business Development Manager (BDM) of the territory as well as our Training & Education and Marketing teams to showcase the Company and device at tradeshows, experience center functions and corporate events with the unified goal to enhance Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across lines of business throughout region. 

What you’ll do:

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct new device installations as soon as possible after delivery within 14 days.

  • Run refresher training and Academy days as required within the assigned region.

  • Cooperate with the CSMs, especially regarding handover after the HF device has been sold.

  • Collaborate and constant exchange with the BDMs to best meet customer needs.

  • Support training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, including the HFX franchise.

  • Perform treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.

  • Conduct field programs to drive utilization through more advanced tactical strategies.

  • Provide detailed notes regarding training visits in the CRM tool and communicate all follow up and next steps to the BDM within 24 hours of training.

  • Document activity and trends in the field and communicate comprehensive data information and analysis to Regional Sales Director.

  • Attend and support industry tradeshows, as needed.

  • Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis.

  • Maintain high standards of data quality within the CRM system to support reliable reporting and decision-making processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to know:

Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and sales experience

  • Minimum 2+ years esthetics and sales training experience. Extensive passion for training and educating employees and potential clients on Hydrafacial devices and products.

  • Extensive travel (approximately 50%) is required; valid driving license a must.

  • Experience of and thorough knowledge pertaining to skin care ingredients and concerns.

  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Customer & Service focused.

  • Fluency in local language a must (French or German or Spanish).

Desired:

  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.

  • Esthetician license strongly preferred.

  • Fluency in English.

Hydrafacial sucht einen Regional Training Specialist für Norddeutschland, der Kunden, Interessenten und Verbraucher in der Region im Umgang mit dem Hydrafacial-Gerät, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Produkten schult. Diese Position arbeitet eng mit dem Capital Sales Manager (CSM) und dem Business Development Manager (BDM) der Region sowie mit unseren Schulungs- und Marketingteams zusammen, um das Unternehmen und das Gerät auf Messen, in Experience Centern und bei Firmenevents zu präsentieren. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist es, das Bewusstsein für Hydrafacial zu schärfen und die Nutzung über alle Geschäftsbereiche hinweg in der Region zu fördern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Installationen neuer Geräte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung.

  • Durchführung von Auffrischungsschulungen und Academy-Tagen nach Bedarf in der zugewiesenen Region.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit den CSMs, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Übergabe nach dem Verkauf des HF-Geräts.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und ständiger Austausch mit den BDMs, um die Kundenbedürfnisse bestmöglich zu erfüllen.

  • Unterstützung von Schulungsprogrammen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schulungs- und Bildungsteam, einschließlich der HFX-Franchise.

  • Durchführung von Behandlungen zur Unterstützung von Unternehmens-, Schulungs-, Marketing- und regionalen Initiativen.

  • Durchführung von Feldprogrammen zur Steigerung der Nutzung durch fortschrittlichere taktische Strategien.

  • Bereitstellung detaillierter Notizen zu Schulungsbesuchen im CRM-Tool und Kommunikation aller Folgemaßnahmen und nächsten Schritte an den BDM innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Schulung.

  • Dokumentation von Aktivitäten und Trends im Feld und Weitergabe umfassender Daten und Analysen an den Regional Sales Director.

  • Teilnahme an und Unterstützung von Branchenmessen, falls erforderlich.

  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Kundeninteraktionen und Vertriebsaktivitäten korrekt im CRM-Tool des Unternehmens erfasst werden, um eine umfassende Aufzeichnung und Analyse zu ermöglichen.

  • Aufrechterhaltung hoher Datenqualitätsstandards im CRM-System, um zuverlässige Berichterstattung und Entscheidungsprozesse zu unterstützen.

  • Weitere zugewiesene Aufgaben.

Was Sie wissen müssen:

Erfahrung/Fähigkeiten/Ausbildung

Erforderlich:

  • Mindestens 3+ Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Ästhetik und Vertrieb.

  • Mindestens 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Ästhetik- und Vertriebsschulung. Große Leidenschaft für die Schulung und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern und potenziellen Kunden im Umgang mit Hydrafacial-Geräten und -Produkten.

  • Umfangreiche Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%); gültiger Führerschein erforderlich.

  • Erfahrung und fundiertes Wissen über Hautpflege-Inhaltsstoffe und -Anliegen.

  • Ausgeprägter Sinn für Dringlichkeit, Organisations- und Nachverfolgungsfähigkeiten.

  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.

  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in der jeweiligen Landessprache (Französisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch).

Erwünscht:

  • Erfahrung in der Beauty- oder Ästhetikbranche.

  • Ästhetik-Lizenz stark bevorzugt.

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse.
