Job Description Summary
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the recruitment strategy for the CASA Region (Andean, Brazil and Cenam) aligning workforce planning with both immediate and long-term business needs.
The role is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, strengthening employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and managing data-driven decision-making. It also supports global talent acquisition initiatives and leads the development of a high-performing recruitment team.
This position plays a critical role in building a future-ready organization through strategic hiring, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & Governance: Drive global and regional alignment of Talent Acquisition strategies, Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, and KPI tracking, Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover, internal promotions).
- Process Excellence: Standardize Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes across the region, Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and methodologies, Integrate and optimize TA systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Talent Sourcing & Delivery: Lead and optimize sourcing channels and recruitment strategies, Strengthen headhunting capabilities and market intelligence, Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the employer branding strategy, Position the organization competitively in the talent market.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor and continuously upskill the Talent Acquisition team, Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align hiring priorities, Support global and regional TA initiatives and executive searches.
- Change Management: Lead change management and communication efforts related to TA initiatives, Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic and critical positions in the region, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities
Functional Knowledge:
Technical & Functional Expertise: Strong expertise in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition methodologies, Solid knowledge of strategic workforce planning and talent forecasting, Advanced understanding of data analytics and recruitment metrics
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations across relevant geographies, Understanding of compliance, diversity, and ethical hiring practices
Business & Strategic Acumen: Ability to connect talent strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities, Experience supporting regional and global talent initiatives
Systems & Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment technologies (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance
Languages & Experience: Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Preferred Education:
Human Resources or master degree in Talent Acquisition
No specific education need if the experience is there in terms of years of experience in a similar role or ready to jump into next level
College Degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
