The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized Regional Recruitment Representative (Remote) representing a Canadian College or University in the market, to join our growing Overseas Team and take our company and platform to the next level!

We have two job opportunities available. These are open to anyone residing in Ghana, Kenya or Uganda.

What you'll be doing every day:

  • Expand international recruitment channel of students to the College or University

  • Plan marketing and international recruitment strategies for Canadian College/University recruitment to drive student interest and activity

  • Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged through regular communication

  • Participate in education fairs, promote presentations to agents and potential students to promote the college or university

  • Respond to the prospective student and RP inquiries to offer continuous support and a white glove service

  • Ensure Recruitment Partner Quality by providing regular training for agents to help increase the volume of international applicants and meet semester targets

  • Increase international student enrolment by recruiting international students from diverse regions

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders at the University/College and internal ApplyBoard staff.

  • Hold regular team meetings with University/College Recruitment team to monitor targets and market developments

  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings with Recruitment Partners and International Recruitment Managers - along with other team leaders - to ensure regular follow up and coaching is provided

  • Ensure enrolment targets are aligned and achieved per semester as well as annually as set out by the company

  • Provide support and leadership to the sales team

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

  • Fluent in English - strong verbal and written skills

  • Experience in international student recruitment or education industry, with a focus on Canada markets

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the education industry

  • Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment

  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships
