Brief Description of the Role
Are you ready to shape the narrative of some of the world’s most iconic brands in one of Mars Snacking’s most dynamic and fast-growing markets?
As the Regional Senior Manager – India Brand and Content, you will carry full responsibility and strategic accountability for leading the Brand & Content agenda for India. In addition, you will act as the Regional Brand Lead for the Kellogg’s Cereals portfolio across the AMEA region, translating global brand strategies into powerful, culturally resonant experiences. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will unlock the full potential of our agency ecosystem, raise our creative ambition, and build distinctive, famous, and effective brands.

We are looking for a creative, strategically sharp, and commercially minded marketing leader who understands how to build brands that capture the hearts and minds of modern consumers.
Essential Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in brand building, strategic marketing, communications, or creative leadership, with significant experience in the India market (ideally within FMCG, consumer brands, or fast-paced matrix organizations).
Creative & Digital Fluency: A proven track record of building culturally relevant communications and a deep, digital-first understanding of modern content ecosystems, emerging social platforms, creators, and commerce.
Stakeholder & Agency Leadership: Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex agency ecosystems, manage brand investment, and drive creative effectiveness.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
Regional or multi-market experience, which will support your AMEA stewardship scope.
Experience working within global-to-local matrix environments, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
What would be your key responsibilities?
You will lead the creative and strategic direction for India Brand & Content and steer AMEA-wide stewardship for the Cereal category. Your top responsibilities will include:
Set the India Brand & Content Strategy: Translate Global Brand Compasses and growth strategies into culturally resonant, commercially powerful consumer experiences, acting as the key strategic advisor to India Marketing leadership.
Drive Creative Excellence & Integrated Delivery: Lead the end-to-end creative development process from insightful briefs to integrated execution across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels, protecting and modernizing our distinctive brand assets.
Optimize Agency Partners & ROI: Lead the India agency ecosystem, establishing robust ways of working, driving creative reviews, and scaling creative effectiveness through rigorous performance measurement and evidence-based ROI optimization.
Champion AMEA Kellogg's Stewardship: Own the AMEA-wide brand and content strategy for Kellogg's/Cereal Category, collaborating with global teams and market leads to develop highly translatable ideas that respect local cultural nuances.
