Regional SCM & 4PL Product Growth Manager (NEC Region) –

The Role:
As the Regional Lead Logistics Product Manager NEC you'll identify market trends, seize opportunities with Sales, and understand customer needs deeply. You'll own the execution of NEC Lead Logistics Product (LLP) initiatives and strategy within the Area, fostering collaboration across existing products, delivery, and sales. Additionally, you'll support the Regional LLP Product Head in delivering Maersk group's accelerated growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities within the targeted LLP account portfolio, ensuring compliance with commercial standards.
- Act as a liaison between sales, solutions, and operational teams to deliver robust Value Propositions and drive results from Key Clients.
- Promote and advocate for the LLP product internally and externally, fostering growth and innovation within the sales process.
- Collaborate with customers and the sales team to design tailored logistics solutions, leveraging your expertise in supply chain and 4PL.
- Actively monitor and manage 4PL partners to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to the regional logistics team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain (SCM) and 4PL logistics management.
- Strong reasoning skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed conclusions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to successfully navigate complex relationships at all internal and external levels of an organisation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Drive margin growth to meet Area ambitions and PNL
- Create centers of expertise and enhances sales colleagues with capabilities and knowledge to promote LL/CC solutions to customer and eventually integrated solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Who We're Looking For:
- Expertise in SCM and 4PL preferably with experience in various vertical industries (Retail & lifestyle, Automotive, FMCG, Technology)
- Strong experience selling to large, complex Supply Chain customers at the “Regional Director Level”.
- Significant international Supply Chain experience, understanding strategic leverage across client businesses.
- Proven ability to deeply understand target customers’ intent, identifying partnership opportunities.
- Track record of winning opportunities through personal and collaborative efforts in multi-cultural organizations.
Languages required : English, plus Dutch OR German
