As a fast-growing B2B industrial manufacturing company, we are looking for a Regional Sales Vice President based out of our global headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. This position is responsible for maximizing global sales and profitability of all Rite-Hite and affiliated product lines with respect to major accounts within the assigned market through effective involvement with industry customers, representative organizations, Regional Sales Vice Presidents and District Managers in regard to major job involvement and major job strategic planning. In addition, enhancing long term customer relationships through direct contact is a key part of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent must develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business of the assigned marketplace at its target accounts. This is to include developing an in depth knowledge of the Rite Hite Representative's businesses and its business practices of working with Rite Hite as a US based manufacturer.
This position will manage the Global Accounts as well as the Major Accounts within the assigned marketplace.  This includes assuring that the full line of market appropriate products is being sold into  the market and it's accounts, that acceptable margins are being maintained, and that this is done globally where global accounts are operating.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
The incumbent will be assigned 10-15 target accounts and is responsible for turning them into Global or Major Accounts.  This includes developing and executing a business plan for each account each year. These accounts will potentially be assigned with headquarters based in both Independent Representative territories as well as Arbon's territory.

The position may be assigned a specific industry to specialize in to build and grow Rite-Hite’s position in the industry specific marketplace.  This would include developing a deep knowledge of the assigned industry, and being a resource for major jobs and customers within that industry.
This position will serve as the job captain on all major jobs that develop within the assigned territory.  This includes direct face-to-face selling on the job as well as directing and coordinating representative efforts.
This position will be responsible for assisting or directing representatives on non-major jobs that develop within the assigned industry.
This position is responsible for tying Rite-Hite's product lines into the assigned territory.  This includes identifying areas where Rite-Hite's products are underutilized, setting marketing priorities, developing compelling presentations, and identifying new applications for existing products within the assigned territory.
This position will act as the RSVP with assigned Independent Representatives within the assigned marketplace and act as a Global Account Management Support for the assigned Arbon management.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maximize assigned marketplace sales volume and profitability across all products through effective identification of the territory's potential as well as development and implementation of effective strategic plans.

Maximize closing ratio of major jobs through direct selling as well as effective coordination of representative activity on major jobs.        
Keep current with all Rite-Hite products, competitive equipment and sales strategy, and assigned industry trends and developments.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four year college or university program certificate; and 5 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role requires up to 50% travel. A valid US driver’s license and passport are required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
