As part of our continued growth and desire to better serve our customers, Wurth USA has a new opportunity for Regional Sales Specialist. In this remote role, you will travel to achieve a sales target and grow the business.

In this outside sales role, you will receive hands on training and development to be paired with your sales experience, preparing you for a successful career in sales at Wurth USA. We train individuals how to develop relationships, build trust within our business partners and grow a territory through a consultative sales approach. This role will allow you to experience grass root sales and service training in the field, face to face with our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure consistent coverage within the region of assigned Wurth USA customers including sales and inventory management
  • Promotion of key programs and systems like ORSY, Vending and Flushes & Fluids throughout the assigned region
  • Adapt his / her work schedule to ensure all customers are covered to include those with reps on vacation, extended illnesses, or open territories
  • Promote major system sales like ORSY, Vending, SIS, or F&F to sales reps via training or directly to customers

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Familiarity and skilled in using computer system
  • Understanding of sales cycle
  • Organizational skills in task management
  • Effective communication and customer management skills
  • Ability to remain objective in stress situations.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Trained in use of computer system
  • Product and sales training

Professionally and actively solve customer's immediate problems.
