Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify and close new business at Top Tier accounts; apply Nordson Growth Strategy to grow current markets and aggressively penetrate new ones
Direct the distribution channel to ensure annual sales targets are consistently exceeded; hold partners accountable to maintain a high-growth trajectory
Establish and leverage high-level contacts with key decision-makers; build long-term loyalty through constant relationship building
Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts to drive consistent growth.
Conduct market analysis to formulate localized pricing, sales and marketing strategies that outperform the competition
Provide world-class support and training to customers and distributors in coordination with regional and central application and service teams
Gather and provide management with real-time intelligence on competitor movements, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities
Education and Experience Requirements
5+ years of sales or marketing experience within the SMT, Semiconductor, or Backend industries; a proven track record in Capital Equipment sales is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or Marketing with significant technical experience).
Direct experience managing sales operations within a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on market expansion and business growth.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Native-level command of Thai and professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage for engaging the Japanese OEM market in Thailand.
