Regional Sales ManagerJob DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer engagement across Non-TSMC semiconductor accounts throughout Taiwan.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic target accounts, driving Design-In and Design-Win opportunities, and expanding market share within foundry, advanced packaging, compound semiconductor, OSAT, IDM, and emerging semiconductor customers.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a strong network and proven experience managing and growing Non-TSMC semiconductor accounts.
Work Location: Hybrid Work Arrangement (WFH + Customer Facing)
This role is primarily customer-facing and requires frequent travel across Taiwan to support customers located in Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan.
The successful candidate is expected to spend the majority of their time engaging customers across Taiwan and may work remotely when not visiting customer sites. Regular attendance at the Zhubei office one to two days per week is expected for team collaboration, business reviews, and internal meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, bookings, and growth targets across Non-TSMC semiconductor accounts in Taiwan.
- Identify and develop strategic target accounts to drive Design-In and Design-Win opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, deliver quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure purchase orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities within the region.
Account & Customer Management
- Own and grow relationships with key stakeholders across assigned Non-TSMC customers, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Develop account plans to expand business and increase customer share.
- Act as the primary commercial contact and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer success.
- Foster relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and relevant industry or government stakeholders.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, business reviews, and market intelligence to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales, business development, or key account management experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or technology industries.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Experience driving Design-In/Design-Win opportunities and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred:
- Established network within Taiwan's semiconductor ecosystem outside of TSMC.
