Regional Sales Manager - RespirTech
RespirTech provides effective airway clearance therapy with the Philips InCourage system. InCourage vest therapy is designed for simple, safe, and effective airway secretion clearance for patients with a wide range of chronic respiratory conditions including cystic fibrosis, certain neuromotor/neuromuscular disorders, COPD, and bronchiectasis.
Your role:
- Foster growth within your region of 9 Territory Managers.
- Travel 2-3 days most weeks, 70% travel to see customers with your territory managers and provide them with coaching and feedback.
- Analyze data and coach Territory Managers to implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging.
- Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve.
- Performs other administrative duties as required.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience
- 3+ years successful direct field sales leadership experience
- Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
- You have outside sales experience within this geography is a plus
- Experience selling to pulmonologists preferred
- Proficiency with analyzing sales data to implement a strategic selling plan
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $213,100 to $243,200 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
