The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing accounts to maximize all sales opportunities and meet territory revenue and profit targets. Generate sales by creating and maintaining positive and influential relationships with key customer representatives within the assigned territory. Utilize 80/20 toolbox to effectively manage breadth of territory, driving growth of revenue and operating profit for the business. Utilize strategic selling skills to access appropriate decision-making level within customer and position Oshkosh as the preferred vehicle provider. Ability to leverage decision making skill set and take appropriate risks to achieve required performance metrics.
The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting our Oshkosh S-Series Front Discharge Mixer business. The compensation package for the role includes base salary + commission.
YOUR IMPACT:

• Work directly with customers determining equipment needs and soliciting sales.
• Participate in industry trade shows.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Communicate market needs and trends to senior management.
• Provide customer service to existing customer base.
• Conduct sales forecasting activities and determine sales objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordinator with sale representatives.
• Consistently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of sales experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel 75% within the Midwest territory.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience working with and supporting Oshkosh mixer products or the Ready Mix Industry
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Pay Range:
$82,900.00 - $134,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
