What you will do:
- Develop and execute the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and drive business growth through direct sales and effective collaboration with dealers, distributors, and surgeons.
- Drive regional profitability by closely monitoring gross margins and optimizing the margin index across products and channels.
- Partner effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, to deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
- Execute product launch strategies in alignment with Sales and Marketing plans to ensure strong market penetration and adoption.

What you need:
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline
- At least minimum 15 & maximum 20 years sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital) with minimum 5 to 7 years or people manager experience
- Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
- Comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles in their discipline. The requirement for a broader knowledge implies the need to understand other concepts and principles in context in order to resolve issues that have an impact beyond the area. The job has full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions or changes.
