In this leadership position, you will drive commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead a team focused on expanding market presence while delivering exceptional customer support. What You Will Do
- Lead a team of four sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional sales targets across the Orthopedics portfolio.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions to support long-term business development.
- Drive direct and indirect sales activities, ensuring execution of pricing, portfolio, and territory strategies.
- Forecast sales performance, monitor pipeline progression, and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and clinical teams to align commercial priorities and customer needs.
- Support strategic projects, including robotic-assisted technology initiatives, and key account development across the region.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the medical device, healthcare, or related industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial or sales teams.
- Experience managing distributor networks and direct sales channels.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to travel within the South Mexico region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Orthopedics or surgical medical device market.
- Experience supporting capital equipment, implant, or procedure-based sales models.
