Regional Sales Manager, Philadelphia

Summary

Promote and aid the sale and education of Axis Communications products and solutions within the Pennsylvania and Delaware area. (preferred residency in the Greater Philadelphia area, or south towards Delaware)

• Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants and end users on the benefits of Axis solutions.
• Maintain fluid and proactive relations with prospects and current customers
• Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars
• Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners
• Determine quality of a prospect to responsibly pursue and manage time
• Recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons
• Encourage companies to enroll in Axis partner development programs
• Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
• Participate in educational events and consistently be aware of industry news
• Prepare weekly sales report with new and existing projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• 5+ years in sales driven position

• Expected travel time for this position is between 50%- 70%.

Compensation: The target salary range is $145,000 to $155,000 OTE (depending on location, education, and experience).
