What you will do
The Regional Sales Manager OI is responsible for the development and execution of the business plan in the area, leading a strong sales network and being active part of new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts.
Among other duties, she/he will manage the financial performance of the department, planning expenses and ensuring the right tools are in place to create a great service experience for customers and partners and ultimately hit sales targets.
The role will require interaction with multiple medical specialties (Orthopaedics, Cardiac, CMF, ENT…), nursing, as well as other healthcare profiles like Engineering, Procurement, Technical Service, including C-Suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly into the Business Unit Manager you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial & performance objectives are met
- Accurately forecast business and a sustainable develop sales pipeline.
- Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
- Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.
- Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required.
- Develop strategic healthcare systems relationships.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Embrace & enable change to simplify, scale & innovate
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Approximately 7 years of overall professional experience
- At least 5 years of proven success in sales and/or marketing roles, with clear examples of informal or matrix leadership
- 3 years of management experience, either direct or indirect (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial targets
- Product and sales experience within the Medical Devices sector
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

- Travel percentage: 75% of travel to attend customer sites, along with travel to our local office when required.
