Boeing Global Security is seeking a Global Security Intelligence Analyst to join our European security team. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding Boeing's people, assets, and operations by delivering timely, high-quality intelligence that supports informed decision-making across a complex global risk environment.
Reporting to the Europe and Americas Region Leader, the analyst will work independently and collaboratively with regional security peers, enterprise security teams, and external partners to identify, analyse, and communicate geopolitical, physical, and cyber security threats affecting Boeing globally.
Position Overview
The Global Security Intelligence Analyst monitors global security developments, conducts multi-source intelligence analysis, and produces actionable intelligence products in support of crisis response, executive protection, operational planning, and strategic risk management. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working in the office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor global events, geopolitical developments, and security trends to identify risks to Boeing personnel, facilities, operations, and supply chains.
- Conduct multi-source intelligence analysis using open-source, proprietary and potentially classified data to produce actionable threat assessments.
- Provide rapid intelligence support during crises and incidents, delivering timely situational awareness updates.
- Support regional teams with threat assessments for Boeing-attended events, international air shows, and sensitive off-site activities.
- Develop and maintain intelligence databases, threat models, and early warning indicators.
- Brief executive leadership and operational teams with clear, concise intelligence findings.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to support 24/7/365 incident awareness.
- Coordinate with regionally deployed intelligence analysts to ensure standardized, seamless global intelligence coverage.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Protective Services, Executive Flight Operations, Supply Chain Security, and the Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT).
- Liaise with government agencies, industry partners, and external stakeholders to share and integrate intelligence insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of intelligence collection methodologies, analytical tools, and reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and corporate security requirements.
- Provide staff and operational support to the broader Global Security organization as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis within government, defence, law enforcement, or multinational corporate environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing executive-level briefings and reports.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proficiency with IT systems, AI-enabled tools, and data visualisation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in cybersecurity intelligence or counterintelligence operations.
- Regional expertise in higher-risk environments.
- Willingness and eligibility for a security clearance with a recognized national authority if required in the future.
- Prior experience in the defence or aerospace sector.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and professional English proficiency.
