Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategic plans, forecasts and goals to achieve targeted revenue growth and market penetration within the assigned region with a minimum risk, in coordination with Sales teams and other Internal teams.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with our commercial partners to ensure the growth of our distribution network.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Support the Sales team in all their business activities to optimize customer satisfaction so thereby enlarge the existing customer base, driving sales through our commercial partners.
- Monitor competitor activities by obtaining information and market trends opportunities, and challenges, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and action plans.
- Generate sales reports and monitor key indicators that show the progress of the initiatives and clarity on the actions that needs to be taken to meet the company's goals and objectives, such as campaigns, promotional materials, and generating business.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in point-of-sale management, working with mobile, consumer electronics, or financial products and negotiating with retailers & distributors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid customer facing background, and successfully assess customer needs from the market. Ability to work well individually, within a cross functional team, and to travel.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using GSuite, Zoho (CRM) and Slack experience.
