The position is responsible for overseeing sales, promoting company services/products, and establishing relationships and contact points to existing/potential customers as the trusted sales advisor for the assigned territory/region.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Meeting or exceeding the agreed upon quota
  • Quote, negotiate, and evaluate sales potential of individual products
  • Managing sales territory
  • Generating and managing sales leads including leads from website, search engines, trade shows, referrals and personal networks
  • Accurately forecasting sales
  • Manage expenses associated with sales
  • Communicating industry intelligence
  • Facilitating customer needs and requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required
  • Experience: 5+ years sales experience required, 2+ years of athletic or educational sales preferred
  • Courses/Certifications/Training:
  • Superior written, verbal, and negotiation/sales skills, Industry knowledge preferred
