  • Partner closely with independent manufacturers' representatives to identify opportunities, develop strategies, drive project activity, and secure orders.
  • Lead proactive business development and market penetration efforts while supporting representatives in opportunity execution and account management.
  • Promote and sell a broad portfolio of municipal wastewater technologies and solutions, collaborating across Alfa Laval teams as needed.
  • Travel to customer sites to build relationships, conduct customer meetings, assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical and commercial solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast opportunities.
  • Act as a market expert, gathering competitive intelligence, and identifying emerging trends and technologies.
  • Use established sales processes and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
