Build and manage the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio across one or more states. Drive portfolio profitability, disbursements and revenue; source LAP through DSAs and branches; manage strategic DSA relationships and all sourcing channels; ensure productivity of ASMs/SMs; and cross-sell insurance and other liability products.
