What you will do
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the instruments portfolio, including IC
Deliver accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts and analyze performance to drive revenue growth and margin optimization
Lead and manage direct sales teams, clinical support staff, and distributors to consistently achieve or exceed financial goals
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and public sector stakeholders to enhance market positioning
Implement account-specific plans to optimize service delivery, improve profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction outcomes
Oversee successful product launches and commercial initiatives aligned with global and regional strategies
Drive performance management by setting clear objectives, monitoring results, and executing structured development and succession plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, quality/regulatory) to improve sales effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry regulations
What you will need
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field
10+ years of sales experience
3+ years of experience in a management role
Experience in the medical device industry, including exposure to tender processes and regulatory requirements
Proven track record in multinational environments, with responsibility for key account management and revenue growth
Experience leading sales teams and/or managing distributor networks, with accountability for achieving sales targets
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or an MBA
Experience in the medical device instruments segment, ideally with surgical instruments and related solutions
