As Regional Sales Manager – Instruments, you will lead high-performing teams, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across a broad product portfolio, including IC solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence business performance while building a strong culture of accountability and results.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the instruments portfolio, including IC

  • Deliver accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts and analyze performance to drive revenue growth and margin optimization

  • Lead and manage direct sales teams, clinical support staff, and distributors to consistently achieve or exceed financial goals

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and public sector stakeholders to enhance market positioning

  • Implement account-specific plans to optimize service delivery, improve profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction outcomes

  • Oversee successful product launches and commercial initiatives aligned with global and regional strategies

  • Drive performance management by setting clear objectives, monitoring results, and executing structured development and succession plans

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, quality/regulatory) to improve sales effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry regulations

What you will need

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field

  • 10+ years of sales experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role

  • Experience in the medical device industry, including exposure to tender processes and regulatory requirements

  • Proven track record in multinational environments, with responsibility for key account management and revenue growth

  • Experience leading sales teams and/or managing distributor networks, with accountability for achieving sales targets

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or an MBA

  • Experience in the medical device instruments segment, ideally with surgical instruments and related solutions
