We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager Indonesia/Philippines for our Bath & Wellness division to spearhead our growth in key distributor markets. You'll be the driving force behind impactful campaigns, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
Main Responsibility: Responsibility for accomplishment of sales-/ revenues and profit targets in the assigned region. Secure and develop/increase sales via Distribution, Retail, Commerce & Project channels in Indonesia based on the strategies developed for the region in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.
Working Location: Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of all planned sales, revenue-,profit targets in dealing with our distributors.
- Develop the specification by approaching Interior Design Firms Supporting other markets as required for regional project specification.
- Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder – architects, investors, developers, hotel chains).
- Development and more efficient use of potentials in the market (preparation of market and customer development plans, expansion of the distribution network)
- Reporting Sales Force, Preparation BRM, Planning, Contribution S&OP meetings
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years’ experience in managing distributors in Sanitary ware industry or durable consumer goods industry.
- With good industry knowledge and skills in sales.
- With entrepreneur sprit, passionate and can always make things happen.
- Proven to be proactive, hardworking, be competitive and result-oriented.
- Good at multi-tasking, with output good performance solidly under work pressure.
- With excellent local dialect & English skills.
- With good communication skills and proven working as a real team player in multi-national / global teams.
